Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available when an engagement has not started and you cancel within the timeframe below, or when we cancel a program slot on our side.

Timeframe

For self-paced atelier enrollments, a full refund may be requested within 14 days of payment if no annotated return has been delivered and less than 20% of modules have been accessed. For Single Pass and Dual Document Studio, cancel at least 3 business days before the agreed start for a full refund.

Partial refunds

If work has partially begun — for example, an intake call completed but no markup delivered — we may offer a partial refund reflecting time already spent. Season Retainer unused cycles may be refunded pro rata minus completed cycles.

Non-refundable items

Completed annotated returns, custom rewrite labor already delivered, and third-party fees we paid on your behalf (if any) are non-refundable. Informational website browsing is free and not subject to refunds.

Refund process

Email hello@dataschema-hub.digital with your name, purchase reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellation by Dataschema Hub

If we must cancel a cohort or cannot staff a booked review, you may choose a reschedule or a full refund.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. Where a statutory right grants a broader remedy, that right prevails.
